0945hrs: Arrive Gwalior and our driver shall pick you for Gwalior tour. Your Gwalior tour now starts. Some are the destinations are:
Gwalior Fort: This glorious fort is spreads out over an area of 3 square km, surrounded by concrete walls of sandstone. The Saas-Bahu Temples (two pillared temples which stand next to each other, one larger than the other) are also fascinating. The Man Singh Palace is one of the most amazing palaces of the Gwalior fort. It was built by Man Singh in the 15th century. Other significant palaces within the Gwalior Fort include the Karan Palace, the Jahangir Mahal, the Shah Jahan Mahal and the Gujri Mahal (built by Man Singh for his favorite queen, Mrignayani). There are many places to see in Gwalior and in fort.

Tansen Tomb One of the greatest musicians of India and en eminent vocalist in the courts of Akbar in the medieval period, Tansen was also among one of the nine gems of the Mughal court. Here in Gwalior, will find Tomb of Tansen. It is a popular tourist attraction, visited by large number of tourists.

Jai Vilas Palace Jai Vilas Mahal was established in 1874 by Jayajirao Scindia, the Maharaja of Gwalior, and it is still the residence of his descendants. The palace has 400 rooms, out of which 40 rooms have been transformed into Jiwaji Rao Scindia Museum. The palace has 2 Belgian chandeliers at Durbar Hall, weighing 7 tonnes each, and it is believed that they are the most gigantic ones in the world. Jai Vilas is an Italianate structure which combines the Tuscan and Corinthian architectural modes. The Scindia Museum offers an unparalled glimpse into the rich culture and lifestyle of princely India.
