Gurdwara Bangla Sahib is the most prominent Sikh gurdwara, or Sikh house of worship, in Delhi, known for its association with the eighth Sikh Guru, Guru Har Krishan, and the pool inside its complex, known as the "Sarovar", whose water is considered holy by Sikhs and is known as "Amrit". The Secretariat Building or Central Secretariat is where the Cabinet Secretariat is housed, which administers the Government of India. Built in the 1910s, it is home to some of the most important ministries of the Cabinet of India. Humayun's Tomb
Built in 1565, after nine years of Humayun’s death, the Humayun’s tomb site maintains several other graves, monuments and mosques. In the year 1993 the tomb was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. One can see a perfect blending of Rajasthani and Islamic features in the architecture of the tomb. The Char Bagh Garden is one of the major attractions inside the complex. The garden is divided into four squares by paved walkways and beautifully designed water channels.
